Kinley turned 4 on March 10th! Where has the time gone? We had a birthday party for her on the night of the 9th, so everyone could make it. She was so excited for everyone to show up and to open her presents! We had pizza, we then had her open her presents (which took about 5 minutes flat!), and then had cake and ice cream. I made her cake....(that's a whole blog by itself!) and my Mom helped me frost it. Kinley got so many presents! Her main present was a bike, and she LOVES it! She can't wait until the snow melts and she can go outside and ride it! She got a swimming suit, cute outfits for Summer, sandals, shoes, a T-ball set, a Leap Frog thing that goes on the fridge and teaches her 3 letter words, a figurine that she started to collect, fingernail polishes, and fingernail stickers. She would just get one present opened, and hurry and open the next. She was so much fun to watch! Everyone who came had fun watching her too!
She is such a good girl and we cherish every minute we have with her...even if she is naughty sometimes! She is such a big help with Kamri, she enjoys playing with her and keeping her busy sometimes when Mommy has to get her stuff done too!
It was funny because the day after her birthday, she said,"Mom, look at my hands, they're bigger now that I'm 4...I think they grew overnight!"
A few things about Kinley:
Favorite Color: Pink
Favorite Food: Potatoes
Favorite Drink: Water....(yes water! she even orders that in restaurants too sometimes!)
Favorite Activity: Feeding the cows with her Daddy
Favorite Game: Dora Candy Land Game
Favorite Pet: Goldfish...she has 2
Favorite Movie: Over the Hedge
Favorite Cartoon: Maggie and the Ferocious Beast
She loves to go to Grandma Jo's and Grandpa Jacks and have sleepovers! I honestly think if I let her go there for good...she would! She knows all the letters of the alphabet and can recognize them and knows what each sound makes. If you tell her a word and ask what that word starts with, she can tell you! She can write her name, and has been able to spell it for quite some time now. And she just learned her right and left too. She loves to learn new things! We are so proud of her!And yes, the cake was suppose to be crooked like that!
